PRIVACY POLICY

THE COMMONWEALTH, in association with our eCommerce platform partners, work to protect customer data through the use of secure servers.  While our servers do collect IP address, name and email information as a part of your browsing our site, we do not sell or share customer data with any individual(s) or companies, other than payment vendors and banking institutions used in the completion of financial transactions.  Payment information is protected by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).  This means that your payment information is only stored for the duration of your transaction, and then promptly deleted.  No data regarding type of purchase or site navigation is shared with any individual(s) or companies for any reason, including payment vendors.  

 

Our payment vendors (e.g., VISA, Mastercard, ApplePay, etc.) are governed by their own privacy policies, as detailed in their respective User Agreements; refer to their User Agreements for specifics on how they use customer data.  THE COMMONWEALTH is not responsible for how payment vendors store or protect customer data.
